This Privacy Policy describes how the KittyKatt app, Maveni and their integration services collect, use and protect data when you authorize our applications to manage your advertising accounts, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads and Google Ads.

2. Data We Collect

To provide our management services, we access data via official APIs. This includes:

• Account information: business names, account IDs and contact details provided during authorization.
• Advertising data: campaign performance metrics, ad creative metadata and audience insights.
• Access tokens: secure credentials required to programmatically manage your ad accounts.

3. Use of Data

We use retrieved data strictly for professional advertising management and optimization.

• To automate campaign adjustments and bidding strategies.
• To generate performance reports and dashboards.
• To improve ad delivery and ROI for your business.
• We do not sell, rent or lease your data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services & Cookies

Our platform interacts with third-party service providers.

• Google Ads: we comply with the Google Privacy Policy. You may opt out of Google’s use of cookies through its Ad Settings.
• Meta (Facebook): we access data in accordance with Meta’s Platform Terms.

5. Data Security & Storage

All data and access tokens are stored in secure, encrypted server environments. Access is restricted to our proprietary processing systems and authorized personnel required to maintain your campaigns.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide our services.

• You may revoke our access at any time through your respective Meta or Google security settings.
• To request permanent erasure of data associated with your account, email support@maveni.ai. We will acknowledge and process your request within 30 days.

7. Data Deletion Instructions

The most direct way to delete your data is through your KittyKatt account dashboard: open Account, select Close Account and confirm. This permanently deletes stored access tokens, cached performance data and account metadata.

You can also revoke access through Meta Business Settings: go to Settings, Security and Login, then Apps and Websites. Find KittyKatt and select Remove.
