Terms governing Maveni and KittyKatt advertising management and optimization services.

1. Services Provided

KittyKatt and Maveni provide automated management and optimization services for advertising platforms. By authorizing an application, you grant us permission to view and manage your advertising accounts.

2. User Authority

By connecting an advertising account, you represent that you have the legal authority to grant access and that doing so does not violate third-party agreements.

3. Limitation of Liability

Maveni and KittyKatt are not liable for direct or indirect losses resulting from advertising spend, campaign performance or technical interruptions. Advertising spend remains the responsibility of the user or client.

4. Termination of Access

Users may revoke access at any time through their Meta or Google account settings. Maveni may terminate service for an account that violates safety standards or the platform terms of Meta or Google.
