Global Beauty Growth Intelligence™
More than 35 years of beauty market entry expertise, built into a platform brands can use directly. Built by Maveni with International Luxury Brand Consultancy®.
Beauty brands entering a new market face the same questions every time. Which retailers fit, what margin the buyer will take, when the range review opens, what regulation applies and who to approach. The answers usually sit with people who have done it before, not in a database.

The challenge
The client International Luxury Brand Consultancy, founded by Valérie Kaminov, has spent more than 35 years taking beauty brands into international retail, working across more than 60 countries from offices in London, Paris and Dubai. Brands it represents sit in retailers including Harvey Nichols, Liberty, Selfridges, Galeries Lafayette and Sephora. Valérie authors the Inside Cosmetics library of thirteen field researched country and market reports. The challenge ILBC's intelligence existed in two forms. Published reports, which date as markets change, and Valérie's network and judgement, which can serve only one brand at a time. Brands wanting both had to engage ILBC directly, which limited how many it could help.
The approach
What we built A due diligence console that ILBC's team and each client brand work from together. The brand selects its target markets, and the console builds the regulatory checklist and timeline for those markets. It assesses the brand across positioning, product and formulation, and claims, regulatory and compliance, with territory dossiers, SKU portfolio review, a store and franchise scorecard and a financial model. Every finding is rated by severity, and the brand sees its readiness score as founders update their progress. A separate journey supports investors carrying out due diligence on a beauty brand. AI keeps claims, regulatory and compliance requirements current for every market in scope. ILBC's specialists verify each finding, and nothing appears in a client report until they approve it.A due diligence console that ILBC's team and each client brand work from together. Rather than treating every market as an isolated project, the system separates shared product knowledge from local requirements. Teams can then review the parts that change without losing the context that needs to remain consistent.
Build an operating rhythm
A repeatable cycle brings market signals, proposed actions and human review together. Infrastructure supports the exchange of information; ownership and approval rules keep decisions accountable as the business expands.
The impact
The intended outcome is a repeatable way to coordinate growth across markets, with fewer disconnected records and clearer responsibility for the next action.
Outcome
Shared knowledge. Local decisions.
